You must email us prior to returning any item(s) with the order number and obtain a return authorization number that must be included in the address. Your payment will also be refunded to you as soon as our product(s) is returned via registered mail.
Sorry, we can not provide a refund for goods damaged by wrongful usage, improper handling and packages received that does not have a return authorization number.
