The tool (sold separately) easily splits and the pins are not traditional/simple. I tried to research alternative methods for removing the pins but nothing has worked so far. It is beautiful and I sometimes wear it oversized, but won’t be recommending to online clients for their bracelet stacks since it is not user friendly. Best for in-person professional adjustments.
