Some Fine Print
Of course we cannot provide a refund for goods damaged by wrongful usage, improper handling and packages received that do not have a return authorization number (RA). So be sure you get an RA before you attempt to make a return by calling us.
If it our fault we will always cover the shipping charges.
You may exchange items for equal value and will incur shipping charges. NOTE: The 99$ minimum still applies to returns. If your returns bring the order below $99 –the complete order must be returned. Sounds odd we know, but some people have tried to use returns to avoid the $99 minimum.
Please return original packing along with a tracking number.
