When you automatically charge your customers every time they place an order with you for a service that you call free, it’s very deceiving. Multiple times I paid for this without noticing the charge. We were so mad when we saw this that we had a serious conversation about cutting ties with your company. Also- the only reason we would ever send anything back is if it were damaged or if you sent the wrong item. Which btw, happens a lot but we overlook 90% of the time. Why would I pay for a service that should never exist. You should always pay for shipping for the customers returns for damaged or wrong items. Terrible idea!
