Everything came in quickly! I love the chains, although the gold tone is a little darker than expected.
Absolutely love this charm, but it is very fragile. I had 3 of them break this past weekend. One broke while I tried opening the jump ring, and two others broke while people wore them. The small loop snaps off at the charm itself. A real bummer, as these are really popular.

These are really great overall! however, somtimes you get a pair that is defective. So maybe order more than the exact amount you need just in case.
