Will this tarnish or turn my customers' skin green?
No. This metal bead stretch bracelet is 14K Gold Filled PLUS™: an 8–10 micron 14K gold PVD coating, about 2× the 4–5 micron industry average, over a 316L surgical steel core instead of the brass used in cheap gold-filled jewelry. It surpasses 12,000 hours of neutral salt-spray testing and is nickel-safe for sensitive skin, giving customers real gold below solid-gold prices.
What's the difference between Gold Filled PLUS™ and regular gold filled?
Regular gold-filled jewelry bonds gold over a brass core, which can oxidize and discolor over time. Gold Filled PLUS™ applies an 8–10 micron 14K gold PVD coating, about 2× the industry average, over a 316L surgical steel core, so it's stronger, longer-lasting and safe for sensitive skin.
Is Gold Filled PLUS™ nickel-free?
It's nickel-safe for sensitive skin, so you do not have to worry about breakouts or rashes. The small amount of nickel in 316L surgical steel is bound into the alloy, which is why we say nickel-safe rather than nickel-free.
Can customers shower or swim in it?
Yes. It won't fade, tarnish or turn skin green, even when worn in the ocean or pool.

Really cool strong chunky chain. It’s got some weight to it so it’s most suitable for the big guys and gals. The clasp is a little disproportionate but should hold but break if necessary (as it should be the case for stainless chains) The stainless and black is somewhere between a satin/matte like finish which I like. If it does well at my pop-up this weekend, I’d get it again. My photo doesn’t do it justice.
