No. This "sweet 16" charm carries an 18K rose gold PVD finish over a 316L surgical-grade stainless steel base. WJW's published specs put the PVD coating at 8 to 10 microns, surpassing 1,200 hours of neutral salt-spray testing, so the finish resists tarnishing, fading, and flaking, is hypoallergenic, and will not turn skin green.
