The 18K Gold PVD coating is applied 8 to 10 microns thick and surpasses 1,200 hours of neutral salt-spray testing, so it does not flake or wear off the way plating does. It is non-tarnish, waterproof, and hypoallergenic (nickel-free and lead-free). Your customers can wear it through showers and daily life without it turning their skin green.
Is this chain sold by the foot?
Yes. It is sold by the foot, unfinished and without a clasp, which is the format permanent jewelry artists and charm bar builders need. If you want a finished paperclip necklace with the clasp attached, WJW stocks that as a separate item.
