Exceptional customer service! Placed an order, they were moving their warehouse so my order had not left yet. I explained that I had an event and needed my items. Customer service rep apologized said she would see what she could do. Few hours later I received notification that USPS had received the order! Thank you for taking care of me, I have been a customer since the company opened!
