Custom Jewelry Order Form
We have the ability to make just about anything. Please provide us with detail so we can review the project. If we can make it, then we will send you the cost, artwork, and production time for approval. Once you approve and pay the invoice we will start production.
We require a MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 250 units per design to start a custom run.

No. The Stainless option is 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, and the Gold option is 18K Gold PVD over the same 316L base, not brass or plated alloy. WJW's PVD coating is typically 8 to 10 microns thick and has surpassed 1,200 hours of neutral salt-spray testing, so the finish resists tarnishing, fading, and flaking. Both are hypoallergenic and safe through showers, pools, and everyday wear without turning skin green.

I needed to take off a couple of links to make it fit right which I thought was good. I’m a little bit on the larger side so I know for a fact I will need to take off links for a majority of my customers (if buying in person) but I like that it means I can confidently sell to someone a little bigger than me too.
I do wish there was more guidance on HOW to take off the links. It was easy but since I had never done something like that before I was very nervous and lacked confidence in how to do it until I found a video on YouTube that seemed to be the best match on what to do.
