Will this tarnish or turn my customers' skin green?
No. This gold edge brushed blank ring is built on a 316L surgical-grade stainless steel base, not brass. The 18K Gold PVD coating is applied 8 to 10 microns thick and surpasses 1,200 hours of neutral salt-spray testing, so it does not flake or wear off the way plating does. It is non-tarnish, waterproof, and hypoallergenic (nickel-free and lead-free). Your customers can wear it through showers and daily life without it turning their skin green.
What widths and sizes does it come in?
Two widths (6mm and 8mm) across 14 ring sizes (3 through 16), for 28 variants.
Why does it have a brushed center?
The brushed center is the stamping and engraving surface. The polished gold edges frame it, so a personalized ring comes out looking finished rather than plain.
Is this suitable for laser engraving as well as hand stamping?
Yes. The brushed 316L stainless center is built for both hand stamping and laser engraving. It is a workhorse blank for personalization businesses.
Is this nickel free and safe for sensitive skin?

I needed to take off a couple of links to make it fit right which I thought was good. I’m a little bit on the larger side so I know for a fact I will need to take off links for a majority of my customers (if buying in person) but I like that it means I can confidently sell to someone a little bigger than me too.
I do wish there was more guidance on HOW to take off the links. It was easy but since I had never done something like that before I was very nervous and lacked confidence in how to do it until I found a video on YouTube that seemed to be the best match on what to do.
