I've been happy with other items I've ordered from this company and the customer service is incredibly good as I"ve worked with them this entire year. But I wanted to help others when purchasing this chain or deciding to purchase this chain. They have changed the chain and said they have recently improved it in recent months to make it stronger. The problem is, the product has changed a lot. The color is now VERY brassy and looks like fake gold. Also, the edges of the metal are rough (no longer smooth).
I ordered the same spool earlier this year and it was a great true gold color (esp for pvd gold), smooth edges, comfortable to wear. But this chain has completely been downgraded and I'm bummed because I use this a lot and was quite happy with it. Hope they get it back to what it was because it was a great chain.
