Who is membership for?

WJW memberships are for wholesale and business customers, including boutiques and online retailers. Choose the plan that fits how you source and sell.

How does the 5% discount work?

Sign in to your account after purchasing a membership. Your discount applies automatically at checkout to eligible products. Some products are excluded, and it cannot be combined with other discounts.

Is the annual price paid all at once?

Yes. Annual memberships are billed once per year: $99.99 for Plus, $199.99 for Pro, or $299.99 for Enterprise. The monthly equivalent shown on the cards is for comparison. Memberships automatically renew at your chosen interval.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Annual membership payments are non-refundable.

What does Enterprise shipping include?

Enterprise includes free standard U.S. shipping with no order minimum while your membership is active. Both monthly and annual Enterprise memberships include this benefit. International and expedited shipping are excluded. Plus and Pro do not include this membership shipping benefit.

How do the quarterly sample boxes work?

Enterprise members qualify for a quarterly sample box when they have placed at least one merchandise order in the past 12 months. Membership purchases do not count toward that requirement. Contact WJW for fulfillment details.

When do my benefits start?

Your membership activates after purchase. Sign in to shop with your eligible discount and Enterprise standard U.S. shipping benefit automatically applied at checkout.
