The chain was beautiful when purchase I have had to remove it from my menu as it has faded to a drab silver. It is listed a 14k Solid Gold and I purchased a significant amount that I cannot sell. This is so disappointing to have to write this review however when my customers return unsatisfied with an item I am unsatisfied as well and it speaks to the integrity of my Brand.
For the wholesale price and the quality, this is a no brainer purchase for the stainless steel case in my shop. Yes!

This necklace arrived with kinks in regular intervals running the length of the chain. When you look at them more closely, it’s because the links are visibly open and misshapen. It looks damaged and it’s going to snag on clothing. Not wearable

Exceptional customer service! Placed an order, they were moving their warehouse so my order had not left yet. I explained that I had an event and needed my items. Customer service rep apologized said she would see what she could do. Few hours later I received notification that USPS had received the order!
