No. This mini circle carabiner clasp is built on a 316L surgical-grade stainless steel base, not brass. The 18K Gold PVD coating is applied 8 to 10 microns thick and surpasses 1,200 hours of neutral salt-spray testing, so it does not flake or wear off the way plating does. It is non-tarnish, waterproof, and hypoallergenic (nickel-free and lead-free). Your customers can wear it through showers and daily life without it turning their skin green.
What sizes and finishes does this carabiner come in?
Three sizes (12mm, 15mm, and 17mm) in two finishes: polished stainless and 18K Gold PVD.
