My customers love these chains, especially the thin ones. I am so glad that you have 30 inch chains. A lot of customers love the longer length. You need more 26 inch length also. Since we are purchasing the products basically sight unseen, it would be fair to have the ability to return the item if we are dissatisfied with the product. We did after all buy the item in good faith, we are now out of the product but the time it takes to receive then take it to a shipping outlet as well as a replacement item, that to me would be fair.
