If you place your order by 3 PM Central Time, we ship your order the same day. Any orders received after the cutoff time may be processed the next business day. We can typically get a package anywhere in the states in 2-4 days.

We strive to never run out of stock; however, we can't always predict the future. If any item is out of stock, you can select to be notified once that item is back in stock by selectin "Notify When Available" and you will then receive an email once the item becomes available again.

While we have a variety of metals used on our website, most of them are made using 316L surgical grade stainless steel. 316L is used in surgical tools and is considered safe for most skin types and won't turn your skin green! Because stainless steel has chromium added, it won't oxidize and tarnish like other metals. While everyone's skin is different, brass, copper, and nickel are the most common metals that cause skin reactions and discolorations.

We wouldn't be selling these pieces so cheap if they were! We use 18K Gold PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating technology to give our 18K Gold the beautiful sheen you see!

We use PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating technology! This process vacuum seals the coating of 18K gold, 18K rose gold, black, and rainbow directly onto the steel. This produces a harder and more corrosion-resistant coating than electroplating. Because these pieces are so durable they are tarnish resistant for years with normal wear! Our PVD coatings have even been shown to surpass 1200 hours of neutral salt spray.

We typically coat between 4-5 microns to ensure a brilliant, long lasting finish.

We recommend using polishing cloths to restore the shine to your jewelry! (add link to Sunshine Polishing Cloths when available)

To provide the best quality and prices possible to our customers, we source components for our jewelry from all over the world! For example, our CZ stones come from Austria because they produce a more durable stone. Our gold is from Alaska and Turkey, because we've found that they provide some of the best gold in the world!

We have intelligent inventory tracking software attached to our products. This allows us to produce according to demand throughout the year. We strive to never run out of products. However, we can’t predict 100% of the future. Sometimes we have our clients order more than usual. If this happens we typically have items restocked within a week or so. Please check back frequently or contact us directly if you want to know the status on a specific item.

We also offer to make custom production runs for you. If you need a large quantity of an item please let us know by emailing with your order details. We would be happy to produce what you need.

We have the ability to make just about anything! Please send pictures with dimensions, specifications, and details including the quantity you’re wanting to purchase to to review the project. If we can make it, we require MOQ and a deposit payment to start production.

Yes! When you checkout, please click the international shipping option and enter your address in correctly.

  • Whenever you place an international order with us, you are authorizing the shipping company to act as your broker with the Customs Office of your location, which is necessary in order to clear the merchandise and process all the duties and taxes. To Canada: Duties are determined as a percentage of the total amount of goods purchased. Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) are a percentage of the subtotal of the value of the merchandise purchased and the duties on that merchandise as required by law. The GST, PST, and/or HST rate is determined by the province to which the merchandise is shipped. All the duties and taxes collected are forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities.
  • Other Countries: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package "DDU" (duties and taxes unpaid); we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

Most orders arrive within a week if you're located in the United States, barring severe weather or other conditions which may slow down shipment speed.


It's simple; buy more, save more! If you buy 3 or more of a single item, get 5% off! Buy 6 or more, 10% off, and if you buy 10 or more you get a whopping 15% off that item!

No, we do not offer dropshipping at this time; however, the only requirement for placing an order on our website is a $100 minimum order value threshold. Utilizing this method of shipping would only require you to keep $100 of inventory on hand. Additionally, any order placed before 3PM ships the same day so you can rest assured knowing that your order will arrive to you within 2 to 4 days depending on the selected shipping method.

You can list products on Amazon. Flxpoint has integrations with Amazon, but you can also manually list them yourself.

We do not ship to Amazon fulfillment centers. If you would like to do so, you will need to order our product wholesale, barcode it with UPC’s and ship it there yourself.

Our products do have UPCs assigned to them. However, we do not barcode our products.

Our products do not have ASIN as we do not list them on Amazon ourselves. Once you submit a product to Amazon to sell, they will be matched with others with the same UPC and given an ASIN.

There are no order minimums for dropship orders.

At this time, we do not offer this service. We do, however, package the products in a premium drawstring bag void of any branding.

We typically ship the same day as long as orders are in our system before 3 p.m. CST.
