Custom Jewelry Order Form
We have the ability to make just about anything. Please provide us with detail so we can review the project. If we can make it, then we will send you the cost, artwork, and production time for approval. Once you approve and pay the invoice we will start production.
We require a MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 250 units per design to start a custom run.
Necklace Length Guide:

Will this tarnish or turn my customers' skin green?
No. This heart chain is built on a 316L surgical-grade stainless steel base, not brass. The 18K Gold PVD coating is applied 8 to 10 microns thick and surpasses 1,200 hours of neutral salt-spray testing, so it does not flake or wear off the way plating does. It is non-tarnish, waterproof, and hypoallergenic (nickel-free and lead-free). Your customers can wear it through showers and daily life without it turning their skin green.
What are the dimensions of the heart links, and what finishes are available?
The chain is made of 5mm linked hearts, each measuring 5mm by 4mm, giving the chain an approximate 3mm width. It comes in two finishes: polished stainless and 18K Gold PVD. That keeps it delicate enough to layer and sturdy enough for daily wear.
Is this chain sold by the foot?
Yes. Sold by the foot and unfinished, so it can be cut to length and welded for permanent jewelry, or finished with your own clasp.

I’m a little bit on the larger side so I know for a fact I will need to take off links for a majority of my customers (if buying in person) but I like that it means I can confidently sell to someone a little bigger than me too.
